Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026
Service
DramAudit provides hosted venue operations, audit, inventory, and device coordination software. The customer is responsible for accurate inputs, authorized users, lawful use, supported hardware, and verifying operational and financial decisions.
Subscriptions
Public plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars, with the implementation fee shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid fees are non-refundable except where law or a signed order form requires otherwise.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features, limits, and integrations may change with reasonable notice. Material custom deployments require a separate order form.
Customer data
The customer retains ownership of its data and grants DramAudit the rights required to host, secure, process, back up, and support it. Each customer must have authority to upload staff, inventory, and venue records.
Acceptable use and liability
Users may not bypass security, disrupt the service, access another tenant, or use the platform unlawfully. DramAudit is not a substitute for accounting, employment, tax, food-safety, or legal advice. Commercial liability terms should be finalized in a signed order form and reviewed by qualified counsel before broad paid launch.
